Before founding AF Accounting, I spent years inside the rooms where billion-dollar real estate deals get structured. My career started at Tishman Speyer — one of the world's most prestigious real estate firms — supporting iconic Class A commercial properties across New York City.
I later oversaw multiple real estate portfolios across for-profit and non-profit sectors. Over 22 years I have seen exactly how wealth is built at the highest levels — and how it disappears when there is no proactive tax strategy in place. That gap is what I founded AF Accounting to close.
